We favor fresh meat, depending on availability, and most often work with exceptional cuts renowned for their melt-in-the-mouth texture and authentic flavor.

Ode to the Sea

At Holy Delights, the Pacific Ocean inspires our cuisine as much as it cradles our island.

We work with locally caught fish, selected for their freshness and unique taste: bluefin tuna, mahi-mahi (dorade coryphène), swordfish (ha‘ura), marlin (meka) and papio, depending on the season and availability.

Lobsters and mantis shrimp, available at certain times of the year, enhance this marine palette. Each fish is carefully prepared, respecting its flesh and its salty flavor for a simple, fresh, and authentic experience.

Because the pleasure of dining should be shared with everyone, we have also considered our vegetarian guests.

Holy Delights was born out of a simple passion: to share the beauty and authentic flavors of our island while adding a multicultural touch inspired by our backgrounds.
